ديدار سوپر جام فوتبال ايران
ديدار سوپر جام فوتبال ايران در يكى از روزهاى هشتم يا نهم مرداد برگزار مى شود. بنابر تصميم سازمان ليگ برتر ،ديدار سوپر جام فوتبال ايران بين تيم هاى پرسپوليس و استقلال در يكى از روزهاى هشتم يا نهم مرداد در ورزشگاه آزادى برگزار مى شود. ديدار سوپر جام هر سال بين قهرمان ليگ برتر و قهرمان جام حذفى برگزار مى شود كه با توجه به قهرمانى پرسپوليس و استقلال در اين ۲ جام، ۲ تيم در يكى از روزهاى هشتم يا نهم مرداد اين ديدار را برگزار خواهند كرد. تصميم نهايى درباره انتخاب يكى از اين ۲ روز در جلسه بعدى هيأت رئيسه سازمان ليگ گرفته خواهد شد. ضمن آن كه هنوز شوراى تأمين استان تهران موافقت كتبى خود را براى انجام ديدار سوپر جام اعلام نكرده است. با اين حال به گفته «عزيز محمدى» رئيس سازمان ليگ، شوراى تأمين مخالف برگزارى اين ديدار نخواهد بود. از نكات جالب توجه ،قضاوت داور ايرانى در اين ديدار خواهد بود. رئيس كميته داوران فدراسيون فوتبال گفت: موافقت هاى لازم براى قضاوت داور ايرانى در اين بازى جلب شده و به طور قطع تيم داورى ايرانى بازى پرسپوليس و استقلال را داورى خواهند كرد
